Stoke defeat MU over Joe Allen

Premier League giants, Liverpool, reportedly has agreed to release midfielder Joe Allen to Stoke City with a price tag of about 13 million Pounds.

Allen contract at Anfield today still remains with another season. But both Liverpool and Wales midfielder was still not an agreement about the new contract.

Midfielder 25 years was directly linked with several clubs in the Premier League. Swansea City called for offers to him but was rejected by Liverpool. Then came the news that Sevilla and Manchester United also wants to use the service.


Now, comes the latest news about the future of the Liverpool Echo Allen. They report that Stoke City are also interested to recruit him. In fact they had taken off about 13 million Pounds deals.

The offer was reportedly already accepted by the management of the Reds. Now both clubs are still further discussions to formulate all the details of the transfer.

Allen brought in by Liverpool from Swansea with price 15 million Pounds in 2012 ago. Unfortunately he could not win over Brendan Rodgers and Jurgen Klopp during his career at the Merseyside club, although he is much loved by the fans Kopites aka The Reds
